Hi, my name is Dan Jeppson. With 32 years of experience as an educator, I built my career helping people patiently navigate information. As your Mobile Notary and Certified Loan Signing Agent, I bring those same skills straight to your table. I understand that the large pile of documents can feel overwhelming, which is why I will ensure every signature, date, and initial is perfectly captured.
My Commitment to Colorado
As a Colorado native, my roots in this beautiful state run deep. I grew up in Denver, attended college in Greeley, then spent my entire working life in Colorado Springs; teaching at Pine Creek High School since 1998. Now, as a full-time Notary Public I'm continuing a life dedicated to the people and communities of Colorado. To ensure the highest level of professionalism and trust, I am proud to be a member of the National Notary Association and an NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent. When you work with me, you are working with a local neighbor and a caring professional.

$45, which includes $15 notarization fee plus my $30 travel fee.
- Acknowledgements, Jurats, Oath and Affirmation, Power of Attorney (POA), Will, Living Trust, & Healthcare Directives.
Remote Online Notary (RON)

Online Notary service is $25 per session; you pick the time and I will send you the link to the site.
Loan Signing Services
Loan Signing Services
Loan Signing service starts at $150 which includes notarizations, printing, scanning, and my travel fee. The only additional cost would be if an overnight shipping label was required. As an NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent, I ensure every signature, date, and initial is perfectly captured without delaying your funding. Full Mortgage Closings, Refinances, and Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC).
I accept credit cards, Venmo, Zelle. More information will be provided at the appointment.
